Cassie Derickson received her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Flagler College in 2018. Her personal work spans photography, video, and soft sculpture. Cassie strives to integrate her creative spirit and expertise into the work she does in youth education, notably as a MOCA Summer Art Camp instructor and, formerly, as the resident artist at St. Augustine Homeless Youth in 2018. She's also a major proponent of our city's creative culture and loves uplifting the artists, performers, and educators of Jacksonville. At the museum, Cassie creates and coordinates thoughtful, fun public programming that is responsive to MOCA's mission, exhibitions, and the local community.
