All rentals are based on a four-hour rental that includes a half-hour set up/breakdown. Any of the spaces below can be combined to create a unique venue for your event.

Teresa and Arthur Milam Lobby

Capacity: 40 seated, 100 standing

The lobby has a wide expanse of glass looking out to beautiful Hemming Park. Perfect for an intimate seated dinner or standing reception.

LOBBY North

Capacity: 75 seated, 100 standing

Adjacent to the lobby this space also has a wide expanse of glass looking out to beautiful Hemming Park. Perfect for an corporate lunch/retreat or private dinner or cocktail party.

LOBBY SOUTH

Capacity: 75 seated, 100 standing

MOCA CAFÉ is a perfect location during non-operational hours for a seated dinner or standing cocktail reception. It also can be rented in conjunction with the lobby to create a separate area for cocktails or public speaking.

HASKELL Atrium Gallery

Capacity: 25 seated, 50 standing

The three-story Atrium Gallery is a favorite spot for elegant dinner parties or cocktail receptions.

MOCA Theater

Capacity: 125 seated

The intimate auditorium is perfect for panel discussions and lectures, film screenings, corporate presentations, and performing arts.

Permanent Collection and David A. Stein Family Gallery

Capacity: 75 seated, 100 standing

MOCA Jacksonville’s Permanent Collection and David A. Stein Family Gallery, located on the second floor of the Museum, can be combined with the rental of the Atrium Gallery and lobby. Guests may enjoy viewing the works of art, although food and drinks are not permitted in the galleries.

Featured Exhibition Galleries

Capacity: 100 standing

The Museum’s featured exhibition galleries are located on the third floor of the Museum and can be combined with the rental of the second floor, the Atrium Gallery, and lobby. Guests may enjoy viewing the works of art, although food and drinks are not permitted in the galleries.

5th floor Education Gallery

Capacity: 25 seated, 50 standing

This fifth-floor gallery is appropriate for small receptions. Guests may enjoy viewing the works of art, although food and drinks are not permitted in the gallery. 

Art Education Classrooms (A and B)

Capacity: 25 seated, 50 standing

Located on the Museum’s fifth floor, these two studio/classrooms are available for meetings and lunches.
