Feelings Inside Not Expressed provides essential communication skills needed for people to understand one another and be understood. Through creative writing and performance art, we teach participants honest and impactful expression techniques in a nurturing and expressive environment helping to conquer writer’s block, fear of public speaking and social anxiety.
