Marilyn Gilman has worked in the field of Nutrition and Fitness for more than 20 years. She spent several years owning and operating Health Management Resources, Inc. in Jacksonville Beach. She is currently a nutrition educator for Cathedral Arts Project.
Marilyn earned her bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of North Florida. She has spent much of her professional life in nutritional counseling and fitness training. She has been a patron of MOCA Jacksonville for more than a decade, and served as co-chair with her husband, Charles, for the MOCA New Year's Eve gala. Charles is a past-chair of the MOCA board.
