Joel W. Pangborn IV is the general tax counsel for CSX Transportation, Inc. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Wagner College in New York, a juris doctor from Brooklyn Law School, and an LLM from New York University School of Law. He is a member of the New York, New Jersey and Florida bars, and a member of the American Association of Railroads Tax Policy Committee. He is a trustee with the CSX Foundation; and the Orange Park Chorale. He is part-time faculty member at the University of North Florida Coggin College of Business.
