Ethan Murrow makes a video worth devouring

July 7, 2016 // by MOCA Staff

Ethan Murrow's Project Atrium wall drawing Plethora depicts a figure facing an obscenely large feast for one, including a cornucopia of locally based foods. As a part of his process, the artist photographed himself in the scene as source material for the drawing. This stop-action compilation of those images shows Murrow as he voraciously devours food from the spread, such as cantaloupes, watermelons, corn on the cob, greens, artichokes, and pomegranates.
