Inge Baker is a community volunteer who has a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in educational psychology and guidance. In addition to being on the MOCA Jacksonville Board of Trustees, she is a past president of the Fine Arts Forum. Her husband, Scott, is on three nonprofit boards in Jacksonville, and she participates in activities related to these boards as much as possible. Baker was born and raised in Jacksonville; she has also lived on the East Coast, Midwest, West Coast, and Taiwan. She and her husband have two sons and four grandchildren. She enjoys all kinds of art.
